Requirements
- There are no educational requirements for taking this course other than a secondary school reading and writing level of the English Language. All instructions will be given online so there are no required books to purchase.
Holiday candle making teaches participants to craft candles for home décor or to give as gifts to friends and family.
This course will open up the amazing array of possibilities that exist to create beautiful, functional and highly scented candles. From basic, through designer candles, participants will learn the easiest and safest ways to work with wax, wicks and molds.
This course does not stop with just making candles that are sure to impress their friends and family. Once participants learn how to design and craft candles pursing countless combinations of scent and colour, they will be given the knowledge to take their journey on the final leg: candle making for profit through their own business
You are required to attend ALL sessions. If you cannot attend a session, you are required to inform the facilitator of your absence a day before or three (3) hours before the start of class.
The course will be followed by a review assessment on a weekly basis to test the understanding and comprehension of the participants.
At the end of each class assignments will be given to be completed by 4pm the following Friday.
At the end of the program participants MUST display all assignments given to be certified.
